A Journaling Retreat Designed to Nourish Your Soul

Step into a space that feels like a warm hug—where your thoughts flow freely, and your heart finds stillness. This is more than just a journaling retreat; it’s a sacred space for people who know that self-care isn’t a luxury, but a necessity. Nestled in a serene natural setting, this experience invites you to release the weight of expectations, limiting beliefs, and past experiences that may be holding you back from living your best life. Here, you don’t have to solve anything or force clarity—you simply need to write, allowing your inner wisdom to rise to the surface.

Journaling is more than just putting words on a page—it’s a powerful act of healing, a way to release the emotions, fears, and stories that have been weighing on your heart, making space for clarity, self-compassion, and transformation. With guided prompts, moments of quiet reflection, movement, music, and a supportive environment, you’ll explore tools that help you shift from overthinking to feeling, from self-doubt to self-trust. There’s no pressure to journal daily, no right or wrong way to express yourself—just a safe space to breathe, release, and rediscover your voice. Leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and deeply connected to yourself. Space is limited—reserve your spot today and gift yourself this powerful day of self-love and renewal.

Envision Your Day

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel welcomed into a space designed for you to exhale. With a warm cup of tea or coffee in hand, you’ll settle in, taking a moment to acclimate and enjoy light snacks before we begin. As the day unfolds, Sarah and Allissa will introduce themselves, sharing the heart behind this retreat and setting the stage for a deeply nourishing experience.

We’ll ease into the morning with a guided meditation and journaling session that explores the healing power of music and emotion. This is your time to write freely—without pressure, without judgment—allowing your thoughts and feelings to flow onto the page. After a short break to stretch and refuel, you’ll be invited to listen to what your body, mind, and soul need in the moment. Whether you continue journaling, take a mindful walk to explore the serene surroundings, or simply rest in stillness, this is your opportunity to honour yourself. We’ll then gather in a supportive space where you can share insights, reflections, or simply absorb the experiences of others.

A nourishing lunch will offer time to connect with others or find quiet solitude as you recharge. The afternoon will guide you into movement—gentle, grounding, and intentional—to bring awareness back to your body before diving into prompts designed to deepen your journaling experience. As we close the day, we’ll come together in a final sharing circle, holding space for personal takeaways and collective encouragement. You’ll leave not only with a renewed sense of self but with a deeper connection to the healing power of writing and community.

"I have had the pleasure of knowing Allissa for the last 15 years, her intuitive nature continues to help me on my career and life journey. Recently, I attended a workshop hosted by Allissa, to connect with my higher consciousness. When she says "there is a book within you," she isn't wrong. In just one hour, I was able to connect with my story on a clearer level and wound up producing three pages of what will become my first novel. I simply could not be on this path without Allissa, she is skilled in her craft and truly gets what it takes to begin sharing your story. Thank you Allissa!"
